hi...!!!well I think the first video features are those of a impromptu speech;i don`t undertand the second video,=( the third video i think is a a manuscript speech and finally the last is outlined speech or extemporaneous.
At the first video we can see how the speaker is improvising all the time, she also has the ability to answer the questions from her listeners in a natural and spontaneous way. That`s why this is a kind of Impromptu speech.
The second one is a memorized speech because the child in the video is trying to remember some words and phrases; also we can see the body gesture that means it was previously memorized.
The third video is manuscript speech there is no doubt about that, the speaker is reading exactly as it was written.
Finally, the last video is outline speech `cause we can see how the speaker has prepared her ideas before the speech in order to convey her audience, she sounds spontaneous and natural.
To give a speech we must take into account who or whom will be our listeners, the manner we express our ideas or message (Body gestures - Pronunciation - Fluency - Material support and so forth...) with the only one purpose to convince, to persuade, to inform and to entertain your audience.
